Starting with the catalogue, the items made sense together like the songs on an old LP, a real album. I bought 3 things. I should have bought 30. Everything was better than I expected when I unwrapped it. The box had been torn to bits by the carrier. But, everything inside was individually boxed. So, my treasures were safe. Communication with them was a breeze. I’ll shop with them again. Thank you.

My coffee pot arrived safely and very well packaged. Customer service was excellent, help with my problem quickly. I will keep an eye out for more good stuff that I really don't need but desperately want.

I truly cannot say enough about Pandora. Let me begin with the item description. When they say "good condition", it's actually IN good condition. That in and of itself was enough for me to purchase from them again. But it gets better. The shipping is quick and efficient. Also awesome. But the customer service... WOW! Absolutely phenomenal! Kind, courteous, honest, quick response time, friendly and professional. I was starting to lose faith I this whole process. I've sent items back for a refunds I was promised but never received. I've actually won and paid for an item I NEVER received and all my contact efforts were ignored. Pandora has single handedly restored my faith in online auctions. If you get the opportunity, work with them. You WON'T be disappointed!

Not my first, and definitely won't be my last auction with Pandora. I picked up my item, and that arrangement was very easy. They also offered me very reasonable shipping fee if I couldn't pick up. Can't wait for the next one!
